It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, creates no adviser–client relationship, and is no substitute for counsel licensed in the relevant market. Accuracy and no warranty

The figures here are collected from public sources, most of them vendors pricing their own services, and are reproduced with their source and date. Sources change, and some are wrong at origin. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify any figure against its linked source, dated as shown, before you rely on it. If you find an error, the correction form is the way to fix it in the open.

Reusing the data

You may quote and cite figures from this site, and reuse the downloadable dataset, provided you attribute RWA Legal Index and carry each figure's own source and date. Do not present a figure as independently verified when its source is a vendor — the vendor flag exists for exactly that reason, and stripping it misrepresents the data. Do not republish the dataset in a way that implies endorsement of any provider.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service, attempt to break authentication or rate-limits, or submit forms in automated bulk. The correction and enquiry channels are for genuine submissions.

Changes

These terms and the dataset licence may be updated; material changes are recorded on the changelog with their date.
