About RWA Legal Index

Who publishes this, how editorial decisions are made, and how to reach us. The short version — a sourced reference for people deciding whether and where to tokenize, run in the open.

What this is

RWA Legal Index is a sourced reference on tokenizing real-world assets: what it costs, which jurisdiction fits, and what each published figure actually excludes. It is not legal advice, and it does not sell legal services. Its value is not new opinion — it is the normalisation of scattered, mostly vendor-authored data into something you can check, with a source and a date on every figure.

Who publishes it

The site is published by chyzh.agency. Commercial relationships that could reasonably affect what appears here are listed by name on the methodology page, not buried. The most important one: Gofaizen & Sherle is a client of the agency, and how that is handled is stated in full there.

Editorial accountability

Editorial decisions — what is collected, what is excluded, how disagreements are shown — are the responsibility of the chyzh.agency research team. A named editor byline will be added when a specific, accountable individual is assigned; we would rather leave it blank than attach a name that is not real. Collection rules, exclusions and the correction policy are set out on the methodology page, and every material change is logged on the changelog.

How to reach us

To flag an error in any figure, use the correction form — it is the fastest route and every submission is logged with its date. For editorial or other enquiries, use the same form and note that it is a general enquiry; a dedicated inbox is being set up.

Reuse

The cost dataset is downloadable as CSV and JSON. Reuse terms and the correction policy are on the methodology page. If you cite a figure, cite its source and date — a number from this site without those is not a fact, it is a rumour with better formatting.
